Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion with Sir.Jackie Stewart

As many of you know the Rolex Monterey Motorsport Reunion was last week. The event has always has been a incredible assortment of vintage and modern cars. Sir.Jackie Stewart was on hand to tell stories of racing back in the day as always he has something interesting to share. He is also as most of you know a Rolex Ambassador. I thought I'd share a few of him from the event. Got to chat for a second with him and also had him to autograph the event catalog. Hope you enjoy.

Raced in it many times. Usually all the drivers of multiple eras are there. Derek Bell, Brian Redman and many others

Danny, did you get any pics of Derek?

I remember Derek Bell driving a silver M coupe at Laguna in the late 90's and crashing it under the Dunlop bridge, at the time, before I got to see it. I was in the market to buy one back then and really wanted to see that car. Good times. I did get a pic of what was left of it though after the crash .

I didn't see what he had on his wrist, but on Sunday morning he had on the same style of suit except it was in green plaid all over. sartorially amazing.

suddenly i feel as though i need a set of green plaid pants for next year. my wife is in for a treat, for sure.
