Ask seller to confirm the specific model of the end links in that Oyster bracelet; it may or may not work

801 are solid endlinks so no, I don't think they will work with a 16750 case with lug holes. Please get confirmation from someone who is more knowledgeable than me, but I think that's right. I think you need the 78790 (without the A) with 502B endlinks. Again, double check that.
There are some members here who are like encyclopedias of this kind of info. Hopefully, they will see this thread and chime in. |

that won't work, like someone said up here..
what you want to look for is a bracelet with the hollow endlinks and the old clasp, since your watch is a 16750. if you see any bracelet with this clasp, the chances are it probably won't work on your watch, those came in the most recent 16700 gmt master and 16710 gmt 2. ps-if it has the submariner clasp it's also wrong, those came with the 16760 fat lady coke gmt 2 what you're looking for is 78360 clasp and 580 endlinks, but don't quote me on that |

78790A will work, ensure the end pieces has 50 stamped on it, and you have to have 502B end links because of lug holes.
2mm smooth spring bars.

78790A is the SEL model. He needs the 78790.
GMT's were available with the Sub style Oyster bracelet too.

The GMT 16710 came with a Submariner bracelet if desired. The idea was to fit over a flight suit and gloves.

78790 is an Oyster bracelet, and proper for a GMT or Exp II with 501 end links - they are all 2mm tubes so never have a 50 stamp. 502 endlinks are Jubilee endlinks, and proper for the GMT with a 62510H Jubilee w/50 stamps (2.mm tubes)

An early 80s GMT 16750 I owned had a 78360 bracelet w/ 580 end links. If you want to keep it vintage (era) correct, I would go with that.
P.S. someone is selling a 16750 on the FS section and has pics of it. |

I think a 78790 Oyster Lock clasp will fit onto a 78360 bracelet,, could be wrong but I bet it will.

You just need to change your clasp.. Almost any locking clasp from another Oyster bracelet will bolt on, a 78790 or 93150 was offered on GMT's and those clasps will interchange as well as the bracelets. You can even use your 580 ends.

Wandering what you guys think about this http://m.ebay.com/itm/ROLEX-SUBMARIN...968?nav=SEARCH It's still from the eighties and it seems like a decent price. But i'm kind of fresh to the rolex scene. Gonna try to fit one on the original oyster bracelet that come with my 16750. Also can one tell me what screwdrivers and bracelet remover are best to use when removing links and bracelet?
