All good. Easiest tell on modern GMT's is the hand stack. Fakes have the GMT hand below the hour hand when it should be above it. This isn't true for vintage models though.

untrue. some fakes have correct hand stack.

You're correct, Sorry I should have mentioned there are modified clone movements with the correct hand stack. I've only ever come across one. I believe it was a modifed clone movement bought from a notorious Chinese fake online dial maker. But these watches will also have other subtle errors not found on a genuine Rolex which the watch in question doesn't have.
