Any VAT-free Watches Shipped From UK Abroad?

As Iconic Watches has been recommended by various members on this site I decided to check out the website. I see that they do ship Rolex to the United States, but they do NOT offer VAT-free purchases. ("Most of our watch and jewellery is purchased under the VAT margin scheme. Unfortunately for customers not resident in the EC goods bought under this scheme are NOT eligible for VAT (we simply pay VAT on our profit margin). Some of our suppliers ARE able to supply brand new goods to us on a full VAT invoice so please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss this.")

Are there UK shops that ship Rolex to the US and offer a VAT-free purchase? (Swiss Watches Direct, for example, ships non-Rolex watches out of the EU and will remove VAT from any non-EU purchases.)
