Killed My Week Old Rolex!!

Guys, I need some help. Some of you may have read my post last week about my new Yacht-Master but last night I killed it.

I showered with it on and now the stickers are peeling off. I thought these watches were supposed to be tough? I guess Rolex aren't what they used to be. Can I get it repaired under warranty?

I had the same problem. It's definitely a QA issue.

Take it back to the AD, they agreed to replace mine straight away.

Nice.

I wasn't allowed to keep the stickers on. The AD insisted they be removed from mine as per a Rolex HQ mandate.

Super glue or araldite will probably stick them back. make sure the watch is dried first. Tumble dryer is quite good for that.

Looks like flaking skin. Just massage it with moisturiser.

Just fully wind it and leave it crown side down for 3 days.

Tony

May I congratulate you for having the sheer mind bending courage to take your watch in the shower. That puts you in the top 10% of the tough guys here.

We need more here like you.

Regards

Mick

Sounds like you might have a Fake Rolex with counterfeit stickers. I would take it to the RSC and have it checked out.
