First time transaction in TRF with Takuya (three week long journey)
Hello guys,
It was my first time ever doing a purchase through the internet, and I started with Takuya since he was one of the most trusted sellers here. I decided to get the Lange saxonia moonphase (the new model that came out this year) and Takuya initially thought it would take couple of days. Well, the journey turned out to be three weeks due to unseen circumstances that were obviously out of Takuya's hands. The problem was that most of the ADs in the US did not have this in stock and so we were going to order it which will take months. However, Takuya reached out to his friend who sourced the watch outside of US, and all this process eventually took about three weeks. The fact that Takuya offered to refund my money when he found out that he can't source the watch in couple of days (as he said before) really made me feel comfortable. Anyways, it was my very first time doing such transaction and I wired over $20k+ money to Takuya. Think about how nervous I'd have been. However, I believe it went well because Takuya has been extremely professional. I really would recommend Takuya over other sellers since it almost felt like I was his only customer in doing transaction. I know he has a lot of customers and is really busy, but I have exchanged over 150+ emails with Takuya, and every time I emailed him, he would take no longer than 1-2 hours to get back to me. And I mean it, every single time. He would tell me where the watch is, how it is going, he said he would refund it for me if I am feeling uncomfortable. Can't really think of how Takuya can be more trustworthy/professional in this case. To be honest, I feel really bad for Takuya for bothering him so much - sending him 150+ emails and such. But, in the end, I am a very happy man with the watch in my hands, and for my future transactions, I will only deal with Takuya 100%. And since I know him now, I won't be sending him 150+ emails next time. Thank you Takuya again! |

Just purchased my first piece from him two days ago. He sourced the watch outside of the US as well. If all goes according to plan, it will have been an absolutely flawless transaction. He is quick and courteous in his responses. Takuya (Thanh Do) FTW!
