Kudos to The watch Chest in Branson, Missouri

I've worn a Rolex Daytona since the '80s, but have always wanted a blue dial stainless and gold Submariner. After extensive research online and locally, I found the Watch Chest website after reading a watch forum review regarding recommended sellers. The reviews were outstanding (almost too good to be true!), their website was easy to navigate, and I liked the fact that they had both a physical location and a well-reviewed ebay store, not just an email address and/or a phone number. Plus, they have an on-staff watch repairman and offer a 3 year warranty.

I sent the owner Chris Wiley an email, which he responded to immediately at 8:30 in the evening, and he called me the next day as I had requested. We spoke for about 15 minutes, I placed the order, went to my bank and wired the funds, and soon thereafter received confirmation and a tracking number.

The watch arrived exactly in the time frame Chris promised via UPS, and was triple packaged in two boxes and a padded sleeve, with the Rolex box and all documentation included. The watch looks brand-new, or "pristine" as advertised.

Got follow up emails to be sure I was happy after the delivery.

Overall, I don't know what they could have done better. Fair price, great service and everything exactly as promised!

I would not hesitate to recommend or do business with Watch Chest again.
