Hey All,

What are people's experiences with how long the Toronto RSC takes to perform a service?

I've been waiting a month now and my patients just aren't good enough I guess. :)

Thanks for any input.

I had a Submariner serviced there this year. As I remember 6-8 weeks.

I've had three watches serviced at RSC Toronto. If it's a regular service it was in the 6 week range.

I've had two service there, about 5 weeks each time. Excellent results! Sit tight it will be back soon!

4-8 weeks is common.

fwiw, its worth asking an AD sometimes. their in-house rolex techs can sometimes have a quicker turnaround time with same warranty, papers, process like rsc.

Intrigued as to which AD can offer the same papers and warranty as an RSC? Do enlighten us.

Many ADs have Rolex-trained watchmakers that are part of the worldwide network of ROLEX AFFILIATE authorised by Rolex to service most Rolex watches.. And they follow exactly the same Rolex Service Procedure as any RSC,this is designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving a Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications.Plus you get exactly the same warranty and paperwork, but on the down side some will not be able to test watches like the DSSD to full water resistance.

in Toronto there is an AD with Rolex authorized staff on hand to do repairs......I prefer them over Rolex Toronto....

quicker service and 2 of the best watchmakers in Toronto

Sent my 14060M to Toronto RSC and got it back after 6 weeks this past july. It looked like new!

Everybody on this thread seems to be pleased with RSC Toronto. Are they really that good? Much better than other RSCs in the USA?

Five weeks for a regulation when sent via an AD. Compare to 20 minutes when I stopped by there last week.

Yeah, they're great and extremely helpful. The weeks will fly by and you'll have your watch back as new.

Well according to one member on forum it must be true, as he posted it was a fact, and he thinks he is a very knowledgeable guy.

But to those who have a little knowledge about mechanical watches would know this is complete and utter nonsense and not possible.
