Icon5 Random Serial starting with G?

I am on the verge of buying a used SUB NDC 114060 and when the private seller sent the serial to my mail i got confused with the serial starting with G followed by 6 numerical digits, should i be worried? The warranty card is of the new type with a barcode, AD name, purchaser signature and date (early 2015) on the back side.

Both random total 8 digits and single letter G serials were running in the same time frame from the latter part of 2010 on for many years.Fact the new 114060 ceramic when first introduced were G single letter 6 number serials.

You have a G Serial, but it could be entirely possible to have an 8 Digit Random Serial #.

Ah okay :) Hence the bar code certificate would you believe that this is a random or G series? The certificates get printed at Rolex in Geneva before shipping out right? Watch is bought at AD in Italy where one could expect a low volume of sales, so it might have been lying around for some time. Most normies buy the date version i guess :)
