Datejust II - 116334: Getting Jubilee Bracelet
Hi all,
I like the Oyster Bracelet, but there is something special about a Rolex with Jubilee Bracelet. Is it possible to now purchase a Jubilee Bracelet for a Datejust II - 116334? If so, what should I expect to pay? Thanks in advance. |

I honestly don't know...but I would think the lug size on the DJ2 would be a little bigger than what will fit the jubilee.
I'll defer to the experts chime in, though. |

Sorry.......I can't really answer your specific question but will offer the following:
1. Not an expert but I think the lug to lug width on your 116334 is 21mm. The jubilee bracelets are 20mm. Hopefully a real expert can correct me if that's wrong. 2. I prefer the jubilee as well. The newly released DJ41 comes with the option of a jubilee bracelet however they only come in TT (gold/stainless). 3. Possibly (no one knows) Rolex will offer the DJ41 in all stainless soon. So, if that is your preference you might consider it and then have the best of both worlds.

Thanks very much for your responses.
It would be good to get clarity on whether the new jubilee bracelets would fit a DJ2. As you rightly point out, not much point in getting one of the current bracelets until a 100% stainless steel option is available. Just keen to understand whether the old and the new are compatible for future reference. Hopefully someone will be able to comment on this. |

I've seen a video somewhere, you tube most likely, where a DJ41 bracelet is offered up to a DJ2 case and there is a gap visible due to the wider lug width of the DJ2 lugs.
I don't believe you will be able to fit a Rolex jubilee to the DJ2 as a result. I doubt the lug holes are even drilled in the same place for the end links even if you wanted to try it out. |

Can someone confirm that the jubilee bracelet model # 62610 from a 126334 (DateJust 41) will not fit a 116334 (DateJust 2). As previously stated the dimensions and size of the watches are different. Looking for confirmation. Thank you.

Isn’t DJ41 21mm between lugs and DJII 20mm? I don’t think the bracelets are interchangeable.

.
Both DJ II (1163xx) and DJ 41 (1263xx) have 21mm between lugs. I am not sure Jubilee 62610 for DJ 41 will fit a DJ II, that need to be tested first ... |

It can’t be done. No jubilee in the Rolex line up either present or past will fit a DJ2.
Someone would have already done it by now otherwise, and it’s been tried. |

The DJ2 is a larger watch than the 41. I know I’ve seen this tried in an online video somewhere and there was a visible gap when a 41 bracelet SEL was offered in-between the lugs of the DJ2. The commentator didn’t even try to locate the spring bar as it was such an obvious mis-match. |

I prefer the DJ2 over the DJ41. I own both. The jubilee is nice but I feel it is too dressy.
