Yachtmaster? Do you own a yacht?

Surely someone has had this happen but no one ever says: Submariner? Do you drive a submarine?

Yes, I have one I sail on the pond at my local park. Why else would someone buy a yachting watch?

The old YM hasn't much tie to yachting imho. The new YMII is for starting races; a great watch for that purpose. I'd own one if I was still racing.

Don't own either, but would be happy with one or the other... thrilled to have both!

Nope.

The two best days of a boat owner's life are the day he gets a boat, and the day he sells it.

Or so I've heard.

Only those who own a Submarine call it a Submareen-er.

A Yacht-Master will cost you roughly 600 EUR every 10 years in service fees (at current rates).

How much does it cost to maintain a yacht, if you don't mind me asking?

When I wear my Daytona, people often ask if I'm Paul Newman.
