What's This Rolex 116622 Worth?

I happened upon a friends brand New Yacht Master blue dial with the red second hand. It still has stickers on it and is 1 day old with boxes and papers. What would it be worth in a sale or trade?

Not a particularly helpful comment from me, but most here downplay and really undervalue yachtmaster 1's .... They seem to be somewhat marmite. My wife and I have matching rhodiums but I sense we are a minority fan base, so I think the moral is bid low, as yachtmaster from a sellers perspective, if they frequent these forums their expectation should be lower

If it's one day old with stickers still on it, return it for the full refund. Otherwise it's a used watch.

Why does he want to get rid of it (just curious, sorry if I'm being too nosey.)

If he bought it from an AD can't he exchange it?
