That would be nice, although it's actually quite mild here today - double-digit temps and sunny. Way too chilly for a BBQ though!

Aussies usually throw a few shrimp on the barbie , but since this is the Rolex forums I decided to step it up a notch and throw a few lobster tails on there

The ladies made a concoction of olive oil , garlic , parsley , one batch with chilli the other without , bit of salt n pepper , nice and simple

How long do you cook lobster tails , the heat is good but not raging so I figure 5 min per side , and sear it at the end ;) I might try one as they're cooking to see when they've cooked but still tender !
