Let's see the Holiday Bird

This time of year is known for the roast fowl - goose, turkey, game hens are all popular. We chose an organic local turkey. This one was walking around Tuesday, now it's on a platter!

Ken, was that a tester portion? Like, the chef's "taste"?

Dad made salmon which melted in the mouth. And some kind of pasta with bacon tomato sauce. Yum!
