Those 2 oval guides go in the grooves. And the spring bar with bracelet link goes on those guide holes. It's like the spring bar between the lugs, only much tricker to get in place with 2 sliding oval guides. Takes a lot of patience. Or try your local AD. Hope this helps.

Hang on to those pieces and put another strap on the watch until you can get to a watchmaker.

It's probably not ruined, but maybe beyond the average person's skill and knowledge.

As Technik1 has said, you haven't ruined it just disassembled it a little.

The two oval runners fit on the sliding link and are held in the two grooves by the spring locating pin.

Take your time.
It's easier with the correct spring bar compressor but it can be done manually.

From what you've got pictured and the tech schematic, it looks like you've got the slides (J). Do you have the spring bar (e3)?

If so, it looks doable.

I managed to insert it in one side but couldnt figure out how to insert in on the other side. Its look likes impossible and need special tools for it

Looks like you are almost there...
For the files, this might help:

I believe I used the Bergeon/Rolex springbar liars to reassemble the clasp.

I had to disassemble my Glidelock because a bracelet screw backed out inside the clasp while I had it in an ultrasonic cleaner.

FWIW, I have more diagrams and photos posted here.
