Some Input
Last week I went and bought a platinum yatty which i love and then a few days later I purchased a new Cartier tank solo. Having some trouble deciding whether to keep the tank or return it and get a Omega 2264.00 ? Which would be a better choice?

I prefer the Omega. Not a big fan of Cartier watches.

I'm also an Omega person (and not too much of a Cartier fan). Of course, the Blake Seamaster gets my vote! It's a fairly versatile watch too.

I'm a very big omega fan. But also have a huge appreciation for Cartier.
In this case, keep the Cartier. And I love my seamaster. Still

Omega trumps Cartier in my book.

Two completely different watches for completely different purposes. One is a sports watch and the other a dress watch. Your Yachtmaster is a sports watch so perhaps you should keep the Cartier Tank solo. Having said that I absolutely love both my Seamasters. But I also have dress watches.

Attended a Cartier event a few weeks ago; I am impressed with what they are doing. Even during dinner, one of the corporate officials made a VERY strong comment on the Tank. Its design has been kept for 99 years. Talk about a classic!

I love both myself and have 2 Seamasters and a Cartier Tank Solo in my collection. Obviously the Omega would be more of an everyday watch and is more versatile.

I love my Rolex watches but would never give up my Tank because it's so timeless. |
