Buying BLNR in Turkey/Russia/Ukraine

Gentlemen,

I'm on the hunt for a BLNR, but as we all know they are hard to come by here in Europe. Through work, I'm able to travel to Turkey, Russia or the Ukraine, and thought this might be a good idea in terms of getting a VAT refund on top as I'm a EU citizen.

Do you know anything about the availability and pricing in these countries? And also if the VAT refund programme works?

Any experience would be highly appreciated!

Try Blowers in the UK they have several at a premium

If you buy outside the EU then, as a citizen of the EU, when you take it back to your place of residence, you will pay VAT and any duty.
You may get a refund from the country you buy it in if they run such a scheme.
