For your consideration a beautiful vintage Hamilton reverse panda chronograph.

Dial: Original Hamilton reverse panda dial (a few marks, light dust and scratches on crystal)

Hands: Original hands (color matched lume)

Case-back: Original signed

Crown: Unsigned

Bracelet: Looks to be an original Hamilton signed bracelet. (may or may not be original to this reference, never seen one for this reference)

Model #: 7723 (clear engraving)

Serial: 116542 (clear engraving)

Year: Circa 1960's, this example is an early serial

Size: 36mm without the crown

Movement: Hamilton signed Valjoux 7730 manual wind

No box or papers, service history unknown. Watch is currently winding smooth, and running well. Chronograph starts, stops and resets as it should.


Notes: For you consideration we have a highly desirable Hamilton reverse panda reference 7723. Often referred to as the "poor man's Carrera" we find this to be an excellent and worthy alternative, especially with the sharp increase in prices for the vintage Heuers. Anyone in the watch community knows that Hamilton has a rich history on its own and with such a similar design to the Carrera there is no question this is next best thing. Can't go wrong with this beautiful 60's racing chronograph with a robust Valjoux movement.
