FS: Momo Design Composito Forged Carbon Automatic Chronograph

FS: Momo Design Composito Forged Carbon Automatic Chronograph - $699 Shipped

Here’s a superb piece, the Momo Design Composito Forged Carbon Automatic Chronograph in TZ 95% condition. Model # MD280CF-01BKFC. This is a Limited Edition and one of just 500 of these watches that were made. Watch was purchased brand new by me, worn very sparingly in rotation with many other watches. This is a unique and hard-to-find watch with a complex forged carbon and titanium multi-piece case. Made in Italy with a Swiss engine, tons of watch for the money!

I accurately describe my watches and grade my watches conservatively. The pictures accurately portray the condition of the watch; please look at the pictures closely and read the description before asking any questions.

Dark grey forged carbon and black titanium multi-piece case measures 45.5mm without the signed crown; 50.5mm crown included. Crown itself measures 7.7mm. Lug width is 24mm. Case thickness is 16.4mm. Partial display caseback shows off the nicely decorated Swiss movement with Momo signed rotor.

This watch is on the large side, but due to the lightweight case materials, it wears great and doesn’t feel clumsy on the wrist.

Please note! Due to the nature of the forged carbon material used by Momo on this watch, the finish on the case does show some minor imperfections which is in keeping with the characteristics of the forged carbon material Momo decided to use with this watch. These imperfections were on the watch out of the box when it was purchased brand new and are not a result of mis-use or mis-handling. Nonetheless, I have priced the watch accordingly, since these imperfections may bother some people if the piece was priced higher than it is. Please take this fact into consideration before deciding to purchase this watch.

Flat sapphire crystal with superb anti-reflective coating. Gloss black dial with inset subdials. Quickset date @ 4. Hour and minute hands are white skeleton and stand out nicely against the dial. The white dial markers, the tips of the hour and minute hands and the tips of the chronograph subdial hands are luminous. Lume is fair.

Subdial @ 9 has a red hand and is the watch seconds hand. Subdial @ 12 is the chronograph 30-minute totalizer. Subdial @ 6 is the chronograph 12-hour totalizer. The chronograph seconds hand is white.

Watch is factory rated at 10 atm of water resistance (not guaranteed by me).

Swiss Made high-grade Valjoux 7750 automatic chronograph movement. Movement hacks and manually winds. Watch keeps great time. Full power reserve. Watch winds and sets properly, date sets properly and all chronograph functions start, stop and reset properly.

Comes on a high quality Panatime aftermarket grey leather croc-look strap with black stitching. Two keepers; one fixed, one floating. Brushed stainless steel buckle. Strap is 24mm at the lugs, tapers to 21.2mm at the buckle. Strap is somewhat thick but flexible and padded.

Also included is the brand new (worn once) high-quality factory signed unscented rubber strap with black butterfly deployant (see picture).

Watch is sold as-is with NO warranty. All sales are final. Includes inner and outer presentation boxes. Watch is in the U.S.

Selling for $699 shipped, paid by Paypal or USPS money orders. Price includes USPS Priority Mail insured shipping. CONUS only.

No trades. No international sales or Canadian sales. Serious inquiries only, no time wasters, please! Lowball offers will not be acknowledged.
