I just completed my second transaction with Takuya (aka Thanh) and let me say he really does go above and beyond.

The first watch I purchased from him was a SubC Date and I found a foreign object in the crystal. I made a thread on TRF if I should send a brand new watch into Rolex Service Center to get the crystal replaced when it was running +/- 0 seconds a day. Without me even asking Thanh read the thread and insisted that I return the watch to him for an exchange (even though my name was on the card.) That blew my mind that he would do that.

I just purchased a used 116610LV from him yesterday and received it today in flawless condition. Thanh really does care about his customers and does what he can in his power to make a situation right. If you are looking for a new and used watch and a seller who stands behind his product then look no further than Takuya (Thanh) He is much more concerned about building a relationship that lasts for a long time than making a quick buck.

I've used a few sellers on these forums and Than really stands above the rest (IMHO of course) I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I agree. Thanh is amazing to work with. I can't say empirically that he's the best because that would imply that I have used other's I could compare to. He's the only one I've used but I have no idea how anyone else could do better.

Yeah completely understandable I have only worked with a handful and they were all amazing (haven't had a bad experience yet) I just wanted to let everyone know that Thanh is my guy
