Trying on the DJ, Date, and OP

I've been interested in 34-36mm watches recently and decided to stop in to a local AD while visiting family.

I was surprised by how much I liked the 34mm Rolex Date (white baton dial). I figured it would look small on my wrist, but I'm now considering it over the Datejust 36mm. I also tried on the 36mm OP with grape dial. I prefer the steel dial, but this was the only one they had in stock.

Regardless, my next watch will be one of these three references.

Anyone know the lug length of the 34mm Date vs the 36mm DJ? The recent references of the DJ look slightly bloated to me for some reason.

For OP, I love the OP, haha. Those double indexes at 3-6-9 used to bother me, but they are increasingly growing on me now.

I too had a hard time choosing between 34 and 36 mm... I went for the smaller one...

The OP looks so much better than the other two. Cyclops bubble really messes-up the watches with a date (IMO).
