BW for Dummies - need schooling
OK I'm not so quick , so please help me understand the
New Datejust 41 ?? At first I dismissed it as same old same BUT... It has the new *movement , Jubilee bracelet option , all steel , smooth bezel The claim is it's slimmed down ! The slimmed down is intriguing me , I have tried on the DJ ll & thought it too large a little clumsy for my wrist [ it felt bigger than it's size ] I noticed on RF mention of the case actually less than 40 mm!! - that would be great for me The other big feature would be if the Jubilee bracelet has the easy link [ the oyster bracelet does] So this could be a Rolex will work well for me |

The case is 39.22 mm. Not sure lug to lug.
If it were me I'd only go dj41 if it was bc I wanted a ss jubilee. Otherwise I'd stick with the dj2. Power reserve of 70 hours isn't enough to swing it for me.

The dj2 is going to be much better price. But a few details like slimmer case ,plus bracelet option & better movement is hard to resist
