Rolex boxes almost done PICS

This is a new thread because I did not want to dig up the old one. I have almost finished the boxes. The first one is all aluminum and just needs the inside felt put in. The small partial cut in the inside was going to be for a micro switch for an LED that would lite p when you opened the box but I scrapped the idea after seeing how much room it would take. I still need to polish the hinges too. The other box has a bronze plaque on top. I also got a lot of interest in people wanting to buy boxes and after making two I think it would be too expense to sell them as they have a LOT of labor in making these. I have about 20+ hours in each one so far.

Well, the guy did say that he has to place some felt inside.....so after that, it would make a nice box for any watch.

Is the milling machine computer controlled? Is it CAM? I run Solidworks but I admit that I don't know much about CAM setups and code.

Yes it is a CNC mill but I am still learning CAD and CAM so this was all

done manually except for the pockets.

Beautiful, but don't you need this? "Rolex is a registered trademark of ROLEX USA, this box is not affiliated with Rolex USA in any way." Don't want to get in trouble with Big Brother. They look very substantial and should protect your Rollies perfectly.

That is why they are NOT for sale they are for me only. If I did sell one it would not have the Rolex logo on it. But I do not intend to build any more, I do not have the time.
