...mmmm...Tud Sub w/fake band...
...someone needs to tell the seller to ditch the fake band.
...if someone makes the purchase, they THINK they are getting a 100% genuine watch and band. Stan. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-70s-Tudo...QQcmdZViewItem |

Stan, I've emailed this guy about the band in the past - this is about the 4th time it's been listed. He is not very "user friendly." His shop is a few miles from my house. I thought I'd go look at it, maybe buy it, but "I'm not buying the buyer" with this seller. He's not a people person. Needs to be removed, due to the fraudulent nature of the band. (Probably need to go see him with my _____ in hand.)

anyway if the band is fake, you can go for the watch head only for a price that is reasonable......

stan, the band is not the only thing that stinks on this watch!!
those hands look like they where peeled straight off of some tree somewhere and stuck in a watch! there are also several other questionable items ,i.e. the case back ,etc... |

Maybe he will get it this time, if it is removed that, maybe E-Bay is not the best place to try to sell it. He's trying to put a disclaimer on it now that, there have been questions about the band. He claims that the band has been on it for about twenty years now and, may not be original. How does he know that? Did he own it for that long? If so, you would think he would know if he had replaced the band.
Unless he was in an alcoholic blackout. I've been there. Woke up in my driveway, behind the wheel, wondering where I had been and, who drove the car home. This must be the explanation. Terry Newton
