Breitling sold -- Marketing to focus on Digital forgo magazines and bilboards
As a marketing guy and a Breitling owner I thought that the statement by the new owner of Breitling, CVC, was very interesting: they are going to focus on Digital marketing (and distribution).
I think anyone in marketing, especially evidenced based marketing has thought to themselves "Swiss Watchmakers are pissing money away on billboards and magazines". I know I have, infant I wrote a proposal about for Breitling about how they need to take control of their SERPs. |
