Any more deliveries of the SD43

Seems like a handful have been delivered earlier in the week, all to the UK, and nothing since then. I am eagerly waiting on news from one of us on the first deliveries into the US.
I just put a 20% deposit with a AD last week, and I am #2 on the list.

Seems strange that about 5 or so have been delivered and then nothing.

Interesting news.

I'm currently in Milan and they are all saying they are not expecting any of the Basel releases until June.
I was also offered an invitation to a preview of the new models whilst I'm here which was very nice of them
So I'll know soon enough how it actually wears on the wrist

I sent them a request earlier asking for the price. Thought it would be a premium, but really

It's nice of Rolex to at least throw the UK a bone with getting the SD43 first, considering model difficulties there...

Looking forward to seeing the first US incomings as well

Yes it is.
I often wonder about their(Rolex) decision making process and the rationale behind it

I suppose it adds to the mystery of the brand.

It wouldn't surprise me if each U.K. AD got one each and that'll be it for 6 months.

This is what I heard from a Midwest US AD as well. He also mentioned allocations were being awarded to AD's that made the trip to Basel first along with the boutiques.

Cheers,

Joe
