What Watch to Buy?
Hey there everyone!
I'm planning on getting a new watch. Right now, I own two: a Rolex Datejust 1601 in SS/WG, and a two-tone quartz Tag Heuer S/EL. I am considering 5 watches (unfortunately, I can only have one):
After trying on the submariner, I felt as though the wide lugs made it look too bulky for my wrist. I'm leaning towards the other four, but I can't pick one over the other. Plz help... |

The Daytona is very comfortable to wear, but the ultimate choice is yours, good luck!

I'd get a blue dial, either Subc or YM.

I think that asking yourself what your going to do while wearing the watch is important. Also ask yourself, why Rolex? The brand? The way it looks? A hero of yours (ie Cousteau, Federer, etc.)? It's a significant purchase & you want to make sure you get what you will really love.

Have you considered the YM40 in RG/SS? The chocolate dial is mesmerizing, and they just released a black version this year. Fantastic reference, 116621

Do you need a chronograph or a dive watch?

You're on a Rolex forum but your #1 is an Omega. Ask yourself what you REALLY want. All you're going to get are personal extremely biased answers.

It's not in order of preference....other than the Sub, I like all the others equally. After wearing the sub, I felt it was too bulky.
