My former pet

I downloaded 150-odd photos last night and found this one. I think he was number eight. I remember cuz that pink stuff you see under the cage in the snow is actually the skunk's blood. He cut his foot on the cage.

Only skunks I have ever seen are on the TV and in the Zoo.About 4 years ago we had some squirrels in our loft, this guy came and trapped them. But one of the little buggers got out, downstairs in the lounge, never thought a creature that small could cause so much damaged in its few minutes of freedom.

Well, I'd never seen a skunk alive before all this started (seen lots as roadkill). In my city, the experts say there's 25 skunks per square kilometer (15 in MY square km now, lol).

As I said before, I couldn't give a rat's ass if they decided to hibernate under my porch IF they didn't stink. Because they do, it's been a putrid experience.
