Collecting journals
Does anyone else around here collect journals. (new ones).
I find myself auto-collecting journals as I have a desire to try a lot of them I run across. Different journals, their papers, some of them I like their covers and over all look like the Paperblanc journals. Lately I have been wondering what I am going to do with all of them, but lately I found a video that gave me the idea of simply doodling some of them. There seems to be a lot of benefits to just doodling. The calming effects. The joy of using pen and inks, Not to mention producing abstract "artwork" that will likely become famous and sell for millions of dollars someday in the future... I do have journals that I consider perfect such as the William Hannah (their paper is great), and the Roterfaden, which holds the journal blanks and is not really a journal itself. Anyway, just wondering if any of the rest of us are finding their shelves filling with journals besides me.
