Need some advice

Hi guys, I got my first ROLEX BLNR last year, and i am enjoying every moment with it, but last month while traveling i noticed a small chip in the end of the lugs, I may have knocked it somewhere unknowingly, i need to know when the watch goes for service will the ROLEX fix this ? As the lugs are brushed look and chipped part is visible as polished look.

Thanks
