16013/3035 Dial. Refinished?
Hi guys. I'm tearing down a movement and was cataloging the parts. But, I'm not sure on this dial. Looks pretty crisp on the front, but a lot of sanding marks on the back of it. Original? Refinished? What do you think? Just bought it a couple months ago and seller didn't mention anything about it.
