USPS Insurance claim
Has anyone hear filed a claim with the USPS?
How long before they respond or refund money? I'm asking this because I purchased a Rolex collectible from a member of this forum, and have not received it. Package was shipped July 29th He has told me that he filed a claim with USPS on the first week of September as he had insurance on the item. Still no response. Does USPS take this long for a claim? Starting to lose faith in the USPS and/or the seller. Jeff |

Yes, a claim with the USPS takes an inordinate amount of time!

Agreed. USPS lost a package heading up to Canada. You have to wait X amount of days to file the claim, then wait Y days to hear back from them, then submit your receipts and wait more. Takes FOREVER.
