Anyone dealt with 03cobraa

I'm a new member that has been contacted by a fellow member of this forum. He (Kelly Barker) 03cobraa wants to sell me a watch. He wants me to wire transfer him payment and then he'll send watch. Trouble is he lives in the UK and I live in the US. He's sent me several screen shots of other transactions he's had with members of this forum that seem to have gone well. He's also sent me a picture of a National Identity Card saying he's a British citizen. Has anyone had any dealings with this member? Any suggestions for a safe transaction for both of us? Any help or suggestions are welcomed.
