Haute ring text begining
My TT GMTIIc is a Z and has the haute wring text. Today I saw a TT DJ that had the ROLEXROLEXROLEX and it was a "D". I had no idea they started at that time, I thought Z was the start (then M and now V, wow does time fly.)
So, is D the start?

The rehaut got phased in over various models, i,e my d serial WG daytona did not buy my wife's mid sized Z DJ and my next WG Zs daytaona both did.

The rehaut ring inscription was first started on the DJs going back to the D-series. It was later introduced onto the sports range. JJ

Certain models received it earlier than others, the first watch I remember seeing it on was the redesigned TOG in early 2005.
