When I was in Venice in September there was an AD in St. Marks Square that had several SS models. I remember GMT, Submariner and others.

In fall of 2013 I was in Naples and made weekend trips to Rome. There is a Rolex shop on I believe Corbin street. They had a variety of Rolexes. Rome, oh Gladiator, you should see the Coliseum. Did not have a Rolex at the time, just an Invicta but would still go look every weekend I went to Rome. Good luck.

Had dinner last month at Terrazza Bosquet and the attached hotel had a few watches (Rolex) on display, they said they partner with an AD and could sell/buy/request models to be sent in etc.
great food and experience here too, go at sunset if possible. Have fun!

Every major city has ADs so enjoy! I purchased my first at the Rolex store in St Marks Square in Venice. It was probably the smallest Rolex AD I'd ever been in but they had a nice selection of all models and I picked up a 114060.

Italy is awesome. Enjoy your honeymoon!

Get off the train in Arezzo in Tuscany (if you are travelling by train, that is) and walk up the Corso Italia to the Piazza Grande. On the way you'll pass Prosperi 1816, which is a friendly little Rolex AD run by an pleasant couple who speak English. Arezzo is where Roberto Benigni filmed much of "Life is Beautiful" and it's a pleasant place to explore, with many great little restaurants.

Thank all! Just visited the ADs in Florence and Sienna. A few of the old sea dwellers, explorer's, explorer II, and Miglauss. Off to the Amalfi coast next. Hoping to check out the AD in Capri.

If in Rome, recommend Hausmann Rolex AD on Via del Corso, got 10% discount there on wife's OP.

No, the AD on the bridge was filled with so many tourists so I didn't bother going in. All the pieces displayed in the windows were all PM pieces.

I was there as well three weeks ago, very busy. You didn't want to jump on the BLRO in the window?? It was the first time I saw one in person, great looking watch.

Great looking watch, but there's plenty back home at my local AD's. If the watch wasn't so heavy in the white gold, I'd love it but it isn't an everyday wear for me based on the weight of the watch.

I visited the AD on Capri on Wednesday! only SS was a SD43. BLRO was also still available. AD in Napels had Airking, Exp1 and ExpII in black and white. Milaan had nothing at the time. Did buy a near mint 16710 from 2004 at a very small shop in Milan though. Lot of vintage in Milan. Went in for a NOS 14060, but that was sold just before I got there. Could not resist the temptation of the perfect pepsi

Andrea has always a special place where he stored the watches. Two TRF members ask me also in the past and they bought two sub without date. They have everytime only the PM models displayed in the window
