Any 511 owners? Pics please!!
I had the opportunity to try a Panerai 511 at the Panerai boutique in Toronto a while back. I think it was about two months ago....well, since then it's been hovering in the brain. That watch impressed me with its simplicity and the gold. Was wondering if any one here on TRF has one. Or, even a gold piece from Panerai. I want to see how the gold on Panerai holds up. Thanks gang!

Geez, I saw lots of those pics on google images, I regret not taking a pic or two at the boutique, I don't know them well enough and felt like they were eyeballing me to intensely.

Yap, got one here.
Was deciding between this and the brushed rg 1950 luminor (can't remember the reference) Polished just look so much better in person. Gold is quite red, It's like a luminor bronzo that will not patina!!! |
