Crown 180 to 0 degrees at service

Friends,

Driving to Koln in a few weeks to bring my 16610 to the spa. I was wondering if RSC is able to change the crown position.

Currently the crown closes exactly at 180 degrees causing the crown to stand up side down. I don't care that much but it's a bit stupid. Discussions already going around why Rolex cannot fix this in their production proces... It's still a detail that I think should be cared for.

This would probably mean they need to change the crown and tube? Will they do it if you ask for it?

Another thing: I want to have my bezel+insert replaced as it has a small ding and I want a glossy insert again.

Possible??? Thanks
