Off-Center Clasp on ROC

Hello Everyone,

After 20 years of Rolex ownership, I pulled the trigger and bought my first AP which is 26320OR with leather strap.

This may sound strange but I have weird fitment problem.

Since I have a tiny wrist, when I put the watch on, the clasp and all its gold piece is moving all the way close to the side of my wrist rather than staying in centre. The angle of the clasp is designed to stay at mid wrist just opposite of the case but in my case, it is almost on the side.

This causes major discomfort after worn a few hours and especially if worn under layered clothes (suits).

I tried smaller straps at the AD but alhough it helped, it still isn't centered.

Can anyone recommend any solutions ?
