What to wear in the Bahama's???
The wife surprised me with an early anniversary gift, 4 days at the Atlantis resort. It's not the one and only beach club but I'll take it, could use some R&R.
Now, what to bring?? Should I honor Daniel Craig and make it Omega? Or Sean Connery whose a resident and wear my sub? Or should I plan for a new addition? All things to ponder LOL

There was a ridiculous thread a little while ago about a TRF member claiming that someone entered his Suite at the Atlantis while he slept. And the only thing the perpetrator took was his Rolex.
Ya right......... |

Wear the Sub! Have a great time. FYI... Crime in and around that region is extremely high. Don't let your gaurd down and take precautions to protect your valuables. Also, be careful how your credit card number is used. Lots of credit card fraud.

Yes I know, including my honeymoon this will be the 10th time we've been to Nassau/Paradise Island. I'm only taking/wearing one watch, I'm not going to pack any valuables. The wife carry's her jewelery and we don't wear anything valuable when and if we venture off the island and downtown Nassau.

I prefer to take just one watch that's why I'm asking the question. In a perfect world we'd be staying 10 days (god am I ungrateful or what? LOL) and I'd be taking three watches, but I want to travel light and be stealth

Which Omega - the PO? If so, that's a really tough decision. Toss a coin.

Sub. ftmfw. That's the reason I bought a sub, because of many trips to the beach. In the summer I practically live there.

Last time in Nassau... I wore my Serti Sub. It wore nicely. Wear yours! The Rolex dealer across from the cruise ship port was really willing to make some deals! Enjoy!

Well I don't have a serti but as I remember the main port in Nassau its two blocks away from John Bull, which is prevalent but not affordable. Those in the know please correct me if need be

There is absolutely no shortages of Rolex at the Atlantis Resort, you would almost think it was part of a dress code.
Just bring them both so you can switch it up and stand out from the crowd if you see the same people more than once. |
