A Simple Review of the Seiko Sea Urchin
I have been wearing my Seiko SNZF17K1 a.k.a. Sea Urchin for months now.
Technical specifications: Unidirectional rotating bezel 41mm case size Stainless steel case 22mm lug width Automatic movement (7S36) 100m water resistance You get a whole lot more than what you paid for ($130, more or less) once you see and wear this watch. Beautifully made all steel with a black dial and bezel insert that gives you a sporty feel. For an entry level diver watch, its a daily beater! Wether you’re on casual or business wear, it’ll feel comfortable. I have a 7.3 inch wrist and only had 3 links removed. The watch even for thise that have smaller wrists will fit just fine. I kept it stock. Some Sea Urchin owners would be seen sporting a NATO strap and others would have it on leather. However you choose to wear it, I'm sure it will be fun. As for the movement (7S36), I used the Toolwatch app on my phone and it runs at -1.7 seconds/day. Pretty impressive in my opinion. If you’re thinking of getting one, don’t hesistate. It’ll impress you like it did me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
