Why do women like Men's Rolex models?

Hello everyone,

This is something I can't quite put my finger on. Why do women like men's rolex models? Why do they prefer the rolex models over an IWC Pilot's, or an Omega Seamaster or Patek Calatrava or Breguet Classique or AP Royal Oak?

I'm seeing most of the men's rolex models on women's wrists way more than I see those other brands. Actually, when it comes to those other brands, I see the women wearing the women's models, not the mens. It can't be price because IWC/Omega are priced lower than Rolex.

Actually, the only other brand I can compare to Rolex, as far as how attractive their men's models are to women, is Cartier. Cartier's men's models are also very popular with women but it's easy to see why since they're very stylish and fashionable. I would never have put them in the same category as Rolex, which I believe, makes understated working watches. Yet, they're making a big splash with women.

Does anyone have an idea why this is?
