Icon4 Real or Fake Oyster Perpetual DateJust 42mm

This from a Police property and evidence online auction. Can someone tell me if this is fake or real from these pictures? I would greatly appreciated since i live 6 hours away from the auction and this would be my first time buying a Rolex.

Thank you
Charlie

The good news it’s sort of authentic, the dial has been altered (diamonds added). The bezel is aftermarket. The band looks ok. The bad news, it’s an older model and not 42mm, it’s 36mm. Model 16234 or a 16014 with an aftermarket sapphire crystal installed
