Milgauss VS Airking

I've always heard the Air King was basically the same as a Milgauss at a lower price. Besides the obvious of the Milgauss having a polsihed case and PCL'S with a spring assist clasp release. I've noticed the Air King is lighter and the case is thinner so am I'm right in thinking the AK doesn't have the Faraday case ? Just wondering... BTW the bracelet on the Milgauss feels more smooth and comfy.
