Can't stop loving my sub

I know it's still in full blown honey moon phase but damn I'm really bad, my girl is actually starting to get slightly jealous lol
How long do your honeymoon phases normally last? Or am I just a freak?

Almost a week for me and I kinda don't see a end in sight

The honeymoon phase will be reignited over and over again, especially if you have multiple watches in your stable. Variety is a spice of life, having several watches will keep your passion for collecting them warm.

It will last a long time, long time owner here but everyday there is a moment my watches give me a nice feeling when I am looking at the dial without realising what time it is

It’s just the rules skippy.

Why not simply settle down and enjoy your watch and the forum?

I've had my Sub for 33 yrs. I don't wear it every day, but I see it every day along with a very modest collection of other watches.

It means a lot to me.

BTW it goes great with a Seecamp.

I have my sub for 2 years 2 mths now and when I bought a DJ 41 few months ago I thought I fell out of love with my sub and thinking about selling it and then I realised how stupid that was. It's a very different watch to the datejust and pretty in its own way

It’s not an insult. I’m sure you saw the rest of my post, no?

“Settle down Skippy” is a relatively common phrase in my household and amongst my friends. I’m fairly certain we didn’t make it up.

It’s meant simply to calm someone down when are getting unnecessarily upset.

No need to turn this thread into a fight, I broke the rules and was called on it... I was wrong.
The only reason I said what I did was I find it very hard to believe the mere mention of a firearm can't be against the rules and the fact I was basically shushed for uttering it because someone asked what happened is ridiculous.
But like I said it's over no big deal... I took no offence to being called "skippy" been called much worse lol

My Sub was my first and still my favorite, even after over 6 years.
