Expedited service at RSC?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to expedite service at the RSC? I ask because my 1 week old Sub needs to be serviced since it’s running at -7 sec/day. My AD will cover the shipping costs to RSC since it’s a brand new watch (but will not replace it), however, I’m not happy with losing 4-6 weeks.

Can an AD request RSC to expedite servicing?

I doubt it.

To my knowledge all RSC’s work to a strict schedule of first come, first served.

I’m happy to be proved wrong.

They can't just regulate it there at the AD? It's about a 15 minute procedure.

If its only a week old, give it more time to settle. At least a month before sending it in.

I don't think Rolex and expedite has ever been used in the same sentence.

It may even be in the Rolex HR code of conduct to not use that word.

This is the right approach IMHO.

An RSC Service is for warranty work when something is amiss in the Watch itself. Not really an efficient means for simple regulation.

Another option is to give your new watch some time to have the components get into a better rhythm.

I got mine back from rsc with the cyclops misaligned after they serviced it. Their mistake. I returned it with an unhappy letter requesting expedited service. Got it back 4 weeks later....

If you can walk it into a service center, they will absolutely get it to you faster. I had my brother walk my sub into rsc Dallas for warranty work and the bracelet. Had the watch back in a week. At Christmas time.
