Hulk and Batman on Strap

Not a huge strap guy but having a little fun mixing things up this evening. Thought I’d share with everyone...

Beautiful watches that deserve their beautiful SS bracelets.

Not crazy about those combos. Leather on 6 digit subs and gmts just look funny to me.

I had my Batman on a strap for about a month and realized it quickly became my least favorite watch. Didn’t know why until I put the original bracelet back on (I don’t like PCL) and all of a sudden it’s again very appealing to me
For my hulk I can’t see myself messing with at all
I guess certain watches are best left alone imho

Looks good for an occasional change-up. If you’re into straps you should pick up a Panerai and go crazy with the strap swapping!

Had a 233 for a while. Great watch but I grew tired of it.

Great.

Aftermarket straps have no place on these watches. I don't even understand the temptation or desire to put such great watches on silly fashion bands.

That’s more like it.but if you like it on a strap then rock it on a strap.

Looks great on leather, brother!! I wear my 116610lv on a $500 camouflage colored leather strap sometimes and my blnr on a Hodinkee leather strap occasionally. Of course they both look superb on the oyster bracelet as well.

Rolex community in general and these forums sometimes can be an echo chamber. You spent twenty stacks on two great references. Be confident in your stylistic choice and wear those beauties however you please. Leave the opinions of others for the birds.

I like Batman and Hulk on oyster bracelet and rubber/leather straps, but I think the one you had is better suited for vintage Rolexes. I have a green Everest strap for my Hulk that I still haven't thrown on because its new and I'm trying to prolong the life of its minty lugs

Good on you for trying a strap on these beautiful watches. I am not a fan of the dark brown suede though. I don't think it looks good on any watch. Now, if it was a vintage brown leather... that would be different.

I tried a strap once on my LV and it only lasted 5mins, Hulk looks best on the bracelet.

Those combos don't work for me. I tried my GMT on a suede nato but it felt too heavy for the strap. It works best on a nato or the steel of course

Maybe a NATO for the LVC, otherwise I think they look best on factory bracelets
