Any Polar AND Black dial 16570 owners?

Have a birth year 16570 with black dial from 1989.

Picking up a 2006 Polar 16570 today.

Anyone else own this watch in both polar AND black?

I would like to own both, but chose the polar for now. Some day...

Do you find yourself wearing one more than the other Adam?

Yes, I mostly wear the white one. Haven't worn the black for quite a while.

Good thread. Love my black and have toyed with the idea of adding a white. Am interested in hearing the views of those who have both.

I have same thought too and wanted to add white polar, likely will go for the last few serial batches with rehaut and 3186 movement

Such a good watch and very well priced probably makes having both dials doable but love the black so will stick with that, having said that to have both would be great

I used to own both, and went through phases when I wore one more than the other. Overall, I modestly prefer the polar, but both are great

Here are mine

Both 3185. I just picked up the polar. I still enjoy the black more for the sentiment and patina of course!

I currently own both. Picked up the polar first and started searching for the black dial version about a year later.

I couldn't make up my mind which style I wanted as I like both iterations, so I went with the best of both worlds for me...both incoming at the moment. Black 16570 and Polar 216570.

I really regret selling my 16570 , thought about buying it back but my friend I sold it to , had it polished and the watchmaker did an awful job and i don't want it back, but in the other hand I had a Polar before that even older than my last black 16570 (from the late 90's) and I'm going to talk to my other friend who I sold it to to see of he wants to sell it back to me since he doesn't wear it anymore, he's the kind of guy that just wears an Apple watch now.
