I received my KERMIT from Italy!

Hello everybody! Some great news...

Finally it became reality! I have my KERMIT! I bought it from a dealer in Italy via Chrono24 (I live in spain myself) I trade in my 114060 with some extra euro´s for a 16610LV RRR from 2008, with box and papers in mint condition. It took about a week to receive the Kermit after I first send my 114060 to Italy.. Everything went really smooth.. I found it a little scary though, as I never purchased a watch online..

I went to my local AD yesterday so the Rolex watchmaker could have a look inside the watch to see if it needed a service. It is in perfect condition, as the seller told me, so he recommended not to service it. It took him about 20 minutes to check the movement. He also tested the watch in several positions. They really treated me very good. After the check up, the Rolex watch maker sat down with me to explain everything he checked using his Ipad to show me the exact components of the 3135 movement. They were very pleased and impressed to see a 50th anniversary visiting the AD. I have quit a good relation with my AD as I bought a 114060 last year. They treated me very good and they still are. BTW, they didn´t charge me anything for the quick checkup.
10 point for ROLEX AD´s! Here are some pictures I made to share with you people... What do you think?

Very nice Robert ! glad it worked out for you , I imagine it would have been stressful waiting for it.

your thoughts on the watch itself , how it wears , comfort , weight etc

Hi Robert , Firstly a massive congratulations from me on your LV & I'm so glad it all worked out for you. As there were some doubts to begin with over the watches authenticity & about the seller which obviously turned out to be incorrect . I hope you enjoy this watch for many years to come, & welcome to the LV club

My V serial says hello ,

Thank you Kostas! You can´t imagine how stressfull it is buying online.. Imagine send your 114060 in mint condition and waiting for the seller to receive it check it, pay him more money and wait for the new watch to arrive.. Everything went perfect, but man... to much stress for me..

The watch wears really good.. it´s is a little less heavy then the 114060 and you feel that the bracelet is different. Butit feels solid to. I actually like the bracelet although I of course love the glide lock from the 114060. Somehow this bracelet has a little more charisma imho. Really comfortable.. The thing I love most though is the more classic look of the lugs in combination with the maxi dial and beautiful green bezel. Could n´t be much better for me..
