My new Rolex GMT 16700 Pepsi - A keeper?
Hi!
What do you think of my new gmt - is it a keeper? I think so even though it’s been polished and not mint but please give me your view :) (the lugs stress me the most) |

There will always be things you could, in theory, look to improve to original state with second hand watches. Its the nature of not being NOS! Doesnt look THAT bad to me at all; in fact, looks fine -, enjoy it! I've seen some in much worse condition...

Looks great to me, I see no problems here. The whole not polishing thing boggles my mind, unless of course your only objective is to keep its value as high as possible. But if your plan is to actually wear and enjoy it, who cares! Looks great.

Definitely a keeper. It's harder and harder to see this in the wild.

Absolutely. Keep it. It looks in great condition. Unless new, or untouched LNIB and super expensive, all watches come with a history. Enjoy it.

Very nice Pepsi, congratulations! As long as all the parts are genuine, just wear it and enjoy. Don't get hung up on the polishing thing unless it's really bad, which is not your case. Cheers!

From what I can see lugs and crown guards look great and very little bracelet stretch. It's a keeper for sure ... Congrats ...
