Changing bezel.

Quick question, can I buy a different color bezel/ insert to put on my sd43?
Just to spice it up with the seasons.
Like green etc ..where can I purchase that?
Does it have to be custom made or would the sub..insert work? Or is it a different diameter? All together. Just curious if it can be done.
Thank you.
Also would a jubilee bracelet of any kind fit the sd43?
Exploring possibilities. Thanks.

Sd43 has a proprietary bezel and does not come in any other colors at the moment. Also, you’d need special tools to reinstall the bezel in the event that you managed to find an aftermarket replacement. Not sure about the 22mm jubilee, but it doesn’t sound like it would be doable with any oem options either.

Wouldn’t personally do any of the above on sd43. Get a 16710 gmt and enjoy easy oem compatibility with all of the options you described.

If you had a 5 digit model then yes but it’s much harder on the newer models

No and bad idea for all of the above.

If you want to swap things around get a 4 or 5 serial Rolex.

Not to sway off course but Rolex should offer the GMT with a set of interchangeable bezels (i.e. pepsi/coke/rootbeer/black/BLNR/blueberry et al) along with an 'official' Rolex R&R tool for swapping them out.

While it might cut down on individual model sales, they could simply jack-up the price for this option and offer the set in a unique presentation box. Or make it a 'one time only' limited edition offering. Some folks here would buy it.

Unlikely since the ceramic bezels are so brittle and easy to break during install, and like you say, some folks on here would buy it, but we’re already a tiny subset of the total Rolex market

I hear you, my 22 year old 'pepsi' has noticeable fade on the red portion. The rest of the watch still looks perfect, I wonder how much it would cost to have the bezel replaced ??
